Retirement Central

With Sun City north of town and numerous retirement living facilities surrounding the town the Olde Georgian Apartments fill the niche for the income challenged retirees. If you enjoy the appearance of shirtless sixty year old men playing horseshoes this is the place for you. We also have an old drunk manager and an old stalker maintenance man. Located in the historic district means the rent is too high for what you get. All apartments are one bedroom and the layout is similar to a motel six... with a pool and laundry in the center of the U shaped buildings. Built in the early 80s nothing has been remodeled. OLD appliances, ancient AC units, popcorn ceilings, outdated appliances, and gross flooring throughout. There are no other communal facilities. The trash is a very large dumpster in back of the U which is emptied twice weekly between 4 and 5 AM. This is SO LOUD you will not miss it. The only saving quality is the utility bills are repetitively low and by crossing the street you get to be in the million dollar historic housing neighborhood.
