* Rent & Deposit are same. For Example; Rent is $1,000 then deposit is $1,000 and both must be paid in full prior to moving in. Applicant must leave deposit in order to reserve property. We can only hold property up to 14 days We prorate second month if you move in mid month.

* Credit issues are okay as long as you don’t have any negative history from previous rentals
* Rental history must be clean (if you have eviction or broken lease and approved we would require double deposit must be able to pay in full prior to move in.
* Criminal history is case by case
* Pets are case by case. No pets over 25 lbs. (if approved we require $250 non refundable pet deposit)
* Application are good for 30 days and are transferable to any property on our website.
