Amazing Community with Exceptional Service!

I’ve been living at Three60 North Apartments for over 2 years, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience. From the moment I moved in, the staff made me feel right at home. The team here has over 30 years of experience, and it shows in the way they treat residents. The property manager has been on-site for over 7 years, which is a huge plus because you can tell they truly care about the community.

The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and I love the pre-move-in...
orientation where they walked me through everything in my apartment before my actual move in date, so I felt confident from day one.

The amenities are incredible! The fitness center has everything I need for my workouts, and I love the outdoor sports court with the walking track and doing morning yoga. The pool and cabana area are perfect for relaxing, and I can’t forget the dog park—it’s great for my pets. The resident lounge is such a nice place to relax or work remotely, and I appreciate the beautifully kept grounds and peaceful environment. This property is the cleanest, most well kept property I've ever lived at.

I also feel really safe knowing that maintenance is available after hours in case of any emergencies. Plus, the team is always quick to respond to any requests.

I highly recommend Three60 North to anyone looking for a welcoming community, top-notch amenities, and excellent service!

Rent elsewhere

Current tenant who has been at the property for almost three years. The water takes way too long to get hot. Was harassed by office staff for how my blinds were opened. Submitted my written non renewal still having over two months remaining on my lease and have received 2 notices to vacate because I split my final utility charges over the remaining months. There’s only one way into the property and one way out. This is supposed to be a gated community but the gate is always broken.

Don’t do it

I’ve been here 3 years. Hate that I renewed my lease and was told a few days after signing lease that I could not renege. A/C in my unit has gone out twice. Main kitchen light is always going out. Walls paper thin. Can hear neighbors sneeze. Water bills $87-89 each month for a one bedroom. Water CONSTANTLY being turned off for “repairs”. Just ready for this to be over with.

worst place

I really don't recommend this place. They frequently shut the water off and we sometimes go without water for days. I can't use the restroom and I have to leave my apartment to find a bathroom nearby. Of all the years I have lived in apartments, I have never paid more than $100 for water and trash. I currently still live here and I can't wait for my lease to be over.

I don't Recommend it

Water and trash bill is so expensive. Of all the years I have lived in apartments I have never over $100 in water bill. They regularly shut the water off and we will be without water for days and cant use the bathroom. this happens very frequently.
