Great place to live.

Grafton Flats was one of the best apartment complex that have stayed. The management team is very kind, responsive and professional. Grafton also has a great maintenance, which responds extremely fast on any work order. Nice restaurants are around this apartment. I have lived here for more than three years and would rather stay longer.

Outstanding welcoming!

In the middle of getting things ready for an out of state relocation and selling our house, we had only 2 weeks to find a 2 beds / 2 bath apartment located at a first floor. Natasha ( Property Manager) in a very professional and courteous way assisted with a unit available which could suit our needs. In the process, the apartment was being upgraded and she was transparent with us regarding the possibilities of getting or not all the upgrades within such a short moving date needed. At the end,... she managed to make it all work between the contractor and rest maintenance team to get everything done for our moving day. Thank you Natasha for your outstanding service, for accommodating everything make it happened and for welcoming us in such a great way!!!
