Great place to live!

This is a great place to live! Management is friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issue is always taken care of quickly. The environment is safe and clean. The apartments have been updated recently and look very nice. The pool is great. Overall a really great place to live.

Great Place To Live!!

My experience living here has been wonderful! The office staff are very personable and kind! I feel so safe here and it’s very clean here. Also, the maintenance staff is very thorough and they answer my maintenance requests promptly.
This was the only apartment complex that met all of my requirements I was looking for upon moving. One of those requirements was a complex that had great ratings across different platforms! I do not regret choosing them at all!

Fantastic

We’ve lived here for a few years now, never had any problems with anything. Leasing staff is super friendly, clean apartments and offices. Great prices for the location too!

Great apartments

I have lived at Montelena for 4 years now and I enjoyed living here. The office personal are friendly, helpful and attentive. The maitience is respectful of your property. The landscaping and grounds are always maintained. Friendly neighbors and ample parking throughout, not to mention a location that can't be beat.

Great location to... (Verified Renter)

Great location to everything, enjoyed my neighbors. My section was quiet and we all knew each other. Before the pandemic, the front office would out on very nice activities fir the residents
