We lived in a two bedroom for a year while in transition. Very nice apartment, grounds are kept very nice. Everything is always clean. Great office staff, great maintenance, great neighbors. Nice finish out in the apartment, granite counters and hardwood floors. Location is superb! Overall, a great experience.

Love the property, great location and full of amenities. The office staff is amazing... I would recommend this property to anybody that likes to live in the downtown area close to restaurants and bars.

This review is based on my initial experience at the property. My husband and I went to view this property and was greeted by Ashley. When I say Ashley was so enthusiastic about her job, you can tell she loves it, and all the residents seem to love her as well. She was extremely patient while trying to figure out our needs as to what would be ideal for us since we are moving from a house to apartment living and had major concerns. I'm able to say this only, after visiting a host of other... properties, no one can beat Ashley's level of service. At the end of the day, Resort 925 stood out not only for the quality of the apartment, and the location, right on Main Street. Did I also mention the apartments subfloor are constructed out of concrete, talk about a minimize noise from neighbors! The complex had everything we are looking for and more, can't wait to move in when an apartment becomes available. Thank Ashley for showing us our soon to be home!

If you live on the west side of the complex, be prepared to sleep at 75 degrees. The A/C is awful, I live on the top floor and turn my a/c to 76 during the day. I came home today and it's 78 in my apartment and won't get below 74. Can't wait for August. I'm happy to leave after this year and save.
