The primary bedroom features an en-suite full bathroom with a head shower and soaking tub, while a second full bathroom is also available. All linens and towels are provided, except for pool towels. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The large living room features a 65” smart TV. The fenced-in backyard, located by the creek, boasts a huge pool area with an outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs, and a dining area with a mini seating area around a fire pit. A brand new hot tub is also available for use. The home includes a 2-car garage and a large driveway for ample parking. The interior is recently remodeled and professionally decorated, making this home feel fresh and modern, yet still giving you the feeling of being right at home. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washer/dryer, and toddler accessories.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered and pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8 or more guests to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. The pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool is not heated and pool towels are not provided. The landscaper goes once a week.
