The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a head shower and soaking tub, though the jets are not working, and there is an additional full bathroom. All linens and towels are provided, except for pool towels. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The large living room includes a 65” smart TV. The fenced-in backyard, located by the creek, features a huge pool area with an outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs, and a dining area with a mini seating area around a fire pit. A brand new hot tub is also available in the backyard. Parking is available in the 2-car garage and a large driveway with plenty of room. The interior is recently remodeled and professionally decorated, making this home feel fresh and modern, yet still giving you the feeling of being right at home. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The nightly rate covers the first six guests, and starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest.
