A wonderful place to live

We lived at St James for around 3 years and had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend St James if you are looking for quiet place to live at a great price. The apartments themselves are in a great part of town where there are nearby stores and schools. The grounds were kept nice and neat and it was also a calm, quiet environment.

Rose is an amazing person. She is incredibly kind and helpful. If I ever had an maintenance issues she was quick to put in the work order and maintenance would... address any issues practically the same day or the latest the next day.

Maintenance was also helpful in keeping us informed at all times of what caused an issue and how they would fix it. For some this may not matter but for me it meant a lot that Aaron would take the time to explain things to me.

St James is overall a great place to live with friendly staff! I would come back in a heartbeat.

A comfy place to live

I lived at the St. James apartments for over 4 years and absolutely loved every moment of it. The staff and tenets, were always polite and welcoming. The staff were attentive, reliable and responded to our needs in a timely manner. They are pet friendly, which was great for our pup. The prices are affordable and the environment is safe and comfortable.

My wife and I will be moving into one of the 2 bedroom townhouse lofts with a fireplace ....wow...we're else in harlingen or anywere else for that matter could you find such an awesome pad layout like that for $640 a month ...in the heart of the city beautiful landscaping...2 pools ...big fitness center ...remote entry for its gated community...friendly management...friendly staff in general I spoke briefly to both of the maintenance guys just willing to help with anything ...we're really... excited about our move here ...we're coming from a small apartment that we paid water ...$850 a month rent...paid for covered parking $20 per spot a month with all the extra charges about $900....and the people upstairs stomping all night long ...we're so happy to have found ST James Apartments...NO EXTRA HIDDEN CHARGES ...so we will be saving about $3000 a year in a way more awesome place ...A huge thankyou goes out from my wife and I to the ladies in the office that helped us out In such a quick manner...
