A clause in the agreement stating it to be a violation of the agreement to bring a pet into the unit without first obtaining written consent from management.
Mold acknowledgement addendum- tenant is advised in writing that the unit is free of mold at the onset of the lease or agreement. It is disclosed to the tenant they have the right to inspect for mold prior to signing. Tenant must sign they waived the right of inspection (if they waive). Tenant is advised in writing of their responsibilities to prevent and report mold should it occur at any time during the tenancy.
