10X Heights Waterworks

Been here since it was built. It has gone through some ownership changes and the leasing has gotten more complicated but once you’re in, it’s a great place to be. Maintenance and the cleaners are efficient. The elevators are never down, the noise in the apartments from neighbors in minimal almost zero from the concrete construction. Parking garage has a ton of spaces. Gym could use some help in the virtual bike room where the subscription got cancelled and general lack of good machines. I don’t... use the other amenities enough to have a strong enough opinion. The reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is the forced use of Fetch as a delivery service. There are package lockers in the mail room we used to use and it was great. Now I have to wait a day to get my packages and if Amazon screws up an order, they basically throw their hands up saying they can’t do anything because we use Fetch. Other companies say the same thing. I’ve lost out on hundreds of dollars on merchandise because of fetch. Read More

The staff I great, from the front office to the maintenance. And they truly put in the effort to keep the complex looking nice and clean. All my small issues(like needed maintenance) are resolved quickly. And the front office (Eloise and Jocelyn) are always nice and welcoming!

Great complex! Super clean, nice amenities, very polite people and my room is beautiful. Maintenance is very quick and the front desk is always helpful.

Just moved in but it’s been good so far however there were multiple issues with our apartment the first day we moved in and the fact we had to wait till Monday to get it fixed wasn’t the best. Especially since we didn’t have water working for the fridge and the sink was not draining so we couldn’t even use it

I had a great experience moving into this community. The staff made the whole process welcoming. My apartment was clean and ready on time. So far, I’m really enjoying the space and the overall atmosphere of the property. Excited to call this place home!
