Horrific Experience

I lived here during the first year of it opening in 2024. There is already ongoing issues with mold, mildew, flooring popping up, elevators not working, fire alarms randomly going off at 2 to 4 am, garage gates opened, cars stolen, tires and rims stolen, lack of attention to building, work orders and tenants from management staff. You MUST make an appointment to see the manager via email. She keeps her door closed, lights off and don't expect her to speak if you pass by her. They are very… anti-tenant. All they care about os paper work. The building was built very cheaply. The gym has flooded, many apts have water damage and the ceiling in the lobby has buckled in twice. This place is extremely depressing. They refuse to check on the welfare of tenants and just know it genuinely feels like jail. Bullies are allowed to be violent with no help from management. Don't think corporate will save you because they are even worse. Stolen packages, flooded package room and gym. They allow homeless and unauthorized persons to stay here and they treat and talk to you like trash. Many resode.ts won't even come out while the office is open out of fear of the nasty and rude office staff. I would never allow my loved one to move here and I wish to God I never did myself.

Amazing View

The staff is absolutely fantastic… They are always willing to go out of their way to accommodate you! They are A in my book!
The newly structured apt. are nice with a beautiful view and sought after address however, they went very cheap on countertops, all water appliances and building space. The interior is cheaply done and makes the hallway appear dated, for a new facility. There is no activity room or catering kitchen as advertised. A disappointment ! The weight room and theater room are… very nice. The closest space is extremely small. BEWARE The bathroom has a humidifier that turns off and on by itself and is very annoying, it runs almost 24 hrs. every day. I mean after all we do live in Houston…
The view is worth a million bucks!!!
