Poor infrastructure management not sympathetic
This building uses AT&T as their online provider and during the heavy rain and winds of 7/28/22, they lost power in the building. Our valet trash could not pick up at our door, there was NO elevator service.
Management sent out emails to bring our accumulated trash back indoors or haul them to the garbage disposal in the garage. Why I am not hauling trash when I pay to have it picked up!
Residents pay for EVERYTHING here...water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, package concierge... lockers, security alarms. This is an ongoing matter with AT& T. So, why are they still using them?!!!
This is not a LUXURY building after all. I am concerned about my safety as the main door is unlocked, garage gate is open, and anyone can just waltz in and attack you climbing the stairs or walking inside the garage. This is a breach of contract and our rents should be reduced for lack of services!!!
