Really love the building and the location. Facilities are very nice and staff are all
Very friendly. The neighborhood is loud at night with cars reving engines so exterior units are a little louder

The apartment community is located in the heart of Buffalo Bayou park. This makes for a nice location for outdoor activities like running, biking, or even just nightly strolls. Not to mention the great staff who is always more than happy to assist in any way possible

This a great place to stay in, staff is caring and is efficient with the unit's maintenance requests. The pool area is very relaxing. I definitely enjoyed waking up to a nice view. Having the park so close by and having the fitness center allowed me to be achieve healthy lifestyle goals. Having Whole Foods next to us is a plus! I am glad we choose this place to stay.
