The elevator situation is awful! Unsafe and inconvenient! The concierge/front desk and maintenance staff are great! The valets are wonderful too!

I love the staff! Bella is precious and I really have enjoyed meeting Susan and Jeana!!
The valet gentleman is lovely. Just signed our lease, and will enjoy getting to know the other staff and residents. They have been very helpful when we needed assistance.

As a tenant I appreciate and congratulate the management on their continued task of maintaining the appearance and function of the building. I refer to washing windows, washing the garage floors, the pool, the daily cleaning of the exercise room, the landscaping, improving the elevators and so on. It is a quantum leap above our prior apartment rental. Highly recommend this place.

7 Riverway - So far so good! Management is fantastic, the valet is 24/7, big green space for dogs. Amazingly quiet building is the big surprise.
