Negatives will outweigh the positives.
They’re cheap enough apartments in a relatively convenient location. That’s about where the positives run out. If you’re a single renter and own two vehicles you’ll have to park one out on the street, where more and more “no parking” signs keep going up and you’ll routinely see busted glass from break-ins. The tow truck makes its 0 dark 30 rounds in the middle of the night for those chancing it inside where half the parking lot is available. The laundry rooms are always under maintenance,... the pools are rarely cleaned, these apartments routinely lose water every other week during the summer. They have overly restrictive patio policies to where you’re not even permitted to have a grille or stage a bicycle. The ladies from the managers office will do their walk-thru every day to see who they can hit with notices on the front door. I’m not sure what client their aim is towards, but everything about this place feels more miserable the more they try to clean it up. At least with the old ownership the people working the residence office were more geared to the renter instead of whoever the management company from Illinois that bought this property is. Shady.
