The apartments are nice and big, the people in the leasing office are nice but there so much they can do.
Moving in I had so many issues with bugs and awful smelly water. I’m talking waking up to ants on my bed, spiders (had one big spider, I’m talking as big as my palm) everywhere and more. When I mentioned all of that I got “we will put you on pest control” and “that big spider is not poisonous” … pests became better by now but maybe it’s due to cold weather who knows. And water smelled so bad... that I had to take showers outside of my apartment. Water started getting good when I said I’m taking it to court and to the news.
For the first 10 days of moving in it was inhabitable and I had to sleep/shower outside. When I emailed the leasing office they reached out to whoever can make the decision and never heard back from them (it’s been 7 months).

Staff in leasing office are great. Maintenance crew works awesome and take care my requests very fast. Only problem I have is water smells horrible, it has this sulfur smell.
