Living here, our house has been very pleasant love the community staff amenities, high in finishes and appliance love the fact that it is a gas stove and not electric. Definitely I am renewing for a second term.

Great community areas, friendly front office staff, always helpful, security is great. The only downside is that it smells like marijuana in the hallways more than normal.

I have been living at Art House for a year and I have not one complaint. There is no noise due to respectful neighbors. The garage is a plus for security. The two pools in various locations and the AMAZING city skyline view on the roof is a huge reason why initially signed. I just renewed for a second year and looking forward to it.

So far such a pleasant experience living at Arthouse. Organized and professional staff seems to care about its residents. Monthly events, concise communication, quick response to issues and vigilant about community standards. Overall a great place to live.
