I have been living at Art House for a year and I have not one complaint. There is no noise due to respectful neighbors. The garage is a plus for security. The two pools in various locations and the AMAZING city skyline view on the roof is a huge reason why initially signed. I just renewed for a second year and looking forward to it.

So far such a pleasant experience living at Arthouse. Organized and professional staff seems to care about its residents. Monthly events, concise communication, quick response to issues and vigilant about community standards. Overall a great place to live.

Great apartment complex! Good location and incredible downtown view from the 8th rooftop. Leasing agents are very friendly and helpful. Perfect place if you want to meet new people.
