Shop around, better apartments elsewhere.

Longtime resident, been in the apartment complex since 2017. The prior management company Roscoe did an excellent job providing customer service above and beyond what was expected.

The new management company Allied Orion Group and the property manager Teresa are far from being focused on a positive customer service experience. I highly recommend looking at other apartment complex’s before moving in here.

-Safety and security – numerous broken security doors unfixed for months at a time...

-Non-tenants parking cars in reserved parking and tenant parking and not being towed

-Hallways are dirty and stairwells smell like dog urine

-The gym is a dirty and has no sanitizer available for the equipment.

-It’s a non-smoking complex, yet people smoke in the garage and you can smell it in the hall ways.

-Service requests for my apartment taking more than a week to be address, broken refrigerator and failing AC unit. (in the past this would have been address within 24 hours)

Not the level of concierge service there was with Roscoe. It went from luxury living to apartment living. Not convenient, or upscale any longer.


Bottom line, compared to the apartments in the City Center and other areas, shop around before you choose this complex.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. The management team at Ashford takes the concerns and issues of our residents very serious. In response to your complaints, we have emailed our guests regarding pet violations and trash issues. Our team...
works diligently every day to ensure our property is sparkling and we certainly hope that our guests do their part to contribute to the cleanliness of the community as well.

We can not accept money from our residents as a favor to be in their unit while cable is being installed. As a courtesy, we can absolutely let them in your home with your written permission. Xfinity mentioned that their clients will schedule time to be present in the home for installations.

I understand your frustration and would like to speak with you again to revisit the alternative options I’ve previously presented. You may reach me at the office 281-870-9000.
