Great stuff and great property
I went to get information about the units they give me a tour showing me the apartments they were good taker and the apartment complex was nice and neat I was told about everything around the property like school bus so I was pleased with the stuff very professional and kind I recommend it

Down hill
This apartment gone down hill fast always gun shots at night one lady got killed in n her apartment in the complex people always smoking weed and the smell comes from n your apartment and the apartment don’t do nothing about it my son got held at gun point coming home from work it’s not worth it

Don't move here
This used to be a good place,management changed and it went down hill fast. As of this writing we are day 3 with no hot water. Which seems to be a common occurrence here. When I called to ask about when we would be getting hot water again, the lady that answered the phone was more concerned with a meeting than answering my question. So far this year we have been without hot water 3 times,and its not like it's out for a little bit,it's out for the day. They put out notices saying that they are... shutting water to the complex the day they are doing it,this last time they put notices out at 9 a.m. saying it would be shut off from 8 a.m. til 7p.m. .

Beautiful lake view
