I had my initial tour with Yuko, who assisted me throughout the application process. I immediately fell in love with the complex, its amenities, and its environment. I’ve been living here for a month now and have no concerns at the moment. All of the staff members have been wonderful as well. My move-in process was smooth and seamless. I enjoy the location of Bellrock Sawyers, and I appreciate that they host community events, which are great for introverts like me to meet new people!

Great community! Love the amenities & great customer service. Location is really convenient to where it’s near midtown and downtown but just outside to avoid the Houston traffic.

I love the community, the team, and simply the building. Its the best of both worlds. Close to downtown Houston, close to many of my favorite stores, and still feels like home.

I have loved living here! The location is perfect, even though we’re sandwiched between two railroad tracks the structure of the building is so great because it is still very peaceful. I have never had any issues with my neighbors and the management staff is probably the best apartment management staff I’ve worked with!
