I am so appreciative as much as possible that the staff works to remain consistent to be respectful, answer questions and carry the appearance of professionalism at all times. Some of us are senior age and their patience to assist is always appreciated.

I used to love living here. Going on over three years now and this property continues to go downhill. They don't keep up with the property lawn and landscaping maintenance (everything is dying), they don't enforce pet owners to pick up their poop and it's literally like a danger zone everywhere you go. They allow renter's to put whatever they want in their "back yards" and it looks like trash or an overgrown plant fest. I have repeated asked for pest control to come out to get rid of the bug... infestation in my unit for almost 2 months and NO ONE ever shows up but they mark it as "complete." The mail room is a disaster and today I found a homeless lady sitting on the curb outside my apartment. Serious, the rent they charge needs to reflect their service. Frustrated.

I have been living here for only a week and the experience has been wonderful. It is a very quiet, organized, clean environment with a beautiful view of the trail, the social areas are very pleasant and the staff was always willing to help me with the application and move-in procedures. The services they offer make daily life easier. Thank you very much.
