Very pleased with a recent work order I put in. Nelson on the maintenance team came right away to service my dishwasher. From me calling in to it being fixed all within the hour. He was very knowledgeable & accommodating. Thank you Nelson!!

Got the chance to work with the Property Manager, Brenda. Last minute job transfer can be extremely stressful, but working with Brenda, I was able to explore options I wasn’t aware of. Full confidence and I definitely recommend this property to anyone in their search while Brenda is at the helm.

While assisting my daughter with her move from North Carolina to Houston, Texas, one of my tasks was helping her choose an apartment. From the start, Carrington Park at Golf Pointe topped her list. When I called Carrington Park for a virtual tour, Lupe, the Property Manager, answered with friendliness and impressive knowledge about both the property and the area. I contacted Lupe to discuss this last-minute change, and she assured me, “No worries, we have a sister property called West 18th Loft that would be perfect for your daughter.” She sent me the property link, and I instantly loved it.
Lupe was wonderful—she went out of her way to make sure my daughter ended up in a good location, easing my concerns. She dedicated more time than expected to answer all my questions, guide me through West 18th Loft’s website, verify our requirements, and explain anticipated expenses to help us plan properly for a young adult.
