it's been a month a moved in and I don't still have hot water in the restroom. Between de 48 hs I moved in I gave the leasing office a document with all the things that needed to be fixed included the fact that I don't have hot water, which is for me the most important

This place is really nice. The apartment staff is very friendly and helpful. I love how this complex has an indoor basketball gym how. I hope it continues to be a good place.

Trash situation needs to be fixed and maintenance requests need to be fulfilled faster to give a higher rating. I shouldn’t have to wait for 2 weeks for something to be taken care of.
