Love this apartment so far! My floor is very quiet, clean and everything is walking distance from the apartment! Even if it’s not walking distance there’s a lot of things that are only a 5 minute drive away!

I have enjoyed living here, as well enjoyed the personal who work here. They have been very responsive when work needed to be done. Also have enjoyed when they have events that I can go to.

So far so great! Everyone seems friendly and nice. Staff is also extremely helpful and polite. Rooms are spacious and the common areas are always clean and nicely kept.

Pretty typical apartment experience. The staff is friendly, but maintenance requests take forever. Overall I’d say my experience is average.

Overall, property is in a steady decline. Management and maintenance seem to care a little less each day, and what was once a high standard of cleanliness and friendly service is rapidly changing to cold processes and corporate mediocrity. Management prioritize and promote the weirdest things, instead of fixing mainstays like elevators and cleanliness of community spaces. This place had an amazing personal touch when it opened and was why we loved it, but it has since lost all sense of that... warmth and attention to detail in the community spaces and resident interactions. All of this combined with significant rental increases and no care for any type of residency loyalty, it’ll turn into a rundown, revolving door sooner than later here as well. It’s unfortunate, as the property is in a great location and has it’s fresh look to it, but the lack of attention to detail has this place set up to fail if nothing changes.
