My wife and I recently relocated from England and choosing Hanover Parkview has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. The exceptional team, especially Oliver and Chloe, made our move seamless and stress-free from the very start. Their attentiveness and professionalism ensured that every need was met which made us feel truly at home.

Highly recommend

I absolutely love living here.. The team makes me feel like I’m right at home every time I walk through the front doors. Tiffany is an amazing manager, and her team is incredible. They’re all so professional and friendly.

If you’re looking for a really nice place that’s clean and takes care of its residents and building, I highly recommend it here.

Grateful To Call This Home

I’ve been living here since August 2023, and it’s my first apartment, so I was super worried about safety before moving in. I did a lot of research beforehand because I really value peace and quiet, and this place checked all the boxes. Security here is solid, and it always feels safe.

One thing I love is how convenient it is that every floor has direct access to the parking garage. The building is technically a midrise, but they built it like a highrise with concrete construction, so I never... hear my neighbors—which is such a relief because noise issues are common in other places.

The location is amazing. Buffalo Bayou Park is right across the street, which is perfect for me and my dog, and the parks in the area are beautiful. Plus, the neighbors here are super friendly and respectful, which makes the community feel even better.

The leasing staff is great too. Tiffany, the main property manager, has been here since I moved in, and she’s always positive, hardworking, and focused on making the community better.

The only thing I’m not thrilled about is the guest parking situation. When I first moved in, the streets around us allowed free guest parking, but now the city has added meters, and they’re on it like hawks. Our parking garage charges for guest parking too, which is a bummer. Luckily, I don’t have a lot of guests, but I could see how that might be a dealbreaker for others.

Overall, this place has been a great first apartment. If you’re looking for a safe, quiet, and convenient spot in an amazing location, I’d definitely recommend it!

I love it here

The perfect location in Houston with more shopping and restaurant opening up in the area. I love calling this place my home. It’s clean and everyone that works here have been fantastic. Tiffany goes above and beyond and I am always impressed by how professional she is and how much she cares.
