I love the fact that my neighbors have became my friends. The only bad thing is limited parking on the street and even in the parking garage you might not find parking available on your level and two of the three doors do not have a handle on it and cannot get in one Of the boxes seem to be broken and the other box in the middle when you call yourself, it does not open the door. The signal light stays red and does not turn green like it used to.

Leasing office staff very friendly and helpful with anything you need. Cleaning it’s way better than before. The only complaint I have now it’s that amenities hasn’t been fix over than a year now. It’s one of the good things that has this building but unfortunately it’s closed.

Moving into my new apartment has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew it was the perfect place for me. It’s not just about having a new space—it’s about the convenience, the atmosphere, and the way it fits into my lifestyle

Everyone has been great. The leasing staff are enjoyable to work with. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient. The location is great.

My experience was moderate. Maintenance crew is nice and friendly. Convenient location.
They will have food trucks often out front, which is nice . The entry doors hardly ever work though. Can’t use the call box to get in either. Gym is dirty most times and the sky lounge has been out of commission for a long time.
Overall my experience still wasn’t terrible, just a few drawbacks.
