Just rented here. The application and leasing process is all done online which is very useful for someone abroad such as myself. Not having a US credit score was not an issue which is always helpful.

Very nice comunity! Very calm and quiet considering that we are by the Southest Freeway. The maintenance team attend your calls in the same day.
Emily is super good in answering your questions and helping you to solve any issues or providing clarification about things. Also, having so may options for restaurants and supermarkets around us are a plus. I have lived here for one year with the previous administration, went to another great comunity, them came back. I guess this says a lot!

Management has been tough to deal with parking issues and moving units last minute and not having proper communication. Location and pricing is hard to beat though.
