I have been living in the Village at West University for almost two years. The location is great: we are close to Rice campus, supermarket, downtown, medical center, etc. The neighborhood is small and quiet. The rent is the best offer that I have seen in the West University Place.

You don't want to hear about my residence experience . The front office provides confusing directions. They don't follow up and seem to regard any requests as an inconvenience. There's a constant change in the office personnel, which is used as an excuse for saying "didn't know about that. " Since the last storm I've co
mplained about the broken mesh screens and was told it would be taken care of. Months later nothing has been done. I keep complaining about not being able to use the link to the... new portal. The assistant manager tells me not to worry about. The office assistant gives me different advice.

Just rented here. The application and leasing process is all done online which is very useful for someone abroad such as myself. Not having a US credit score was not an issue which is always helpful.
