Village at West University

I have stayed at this community over 15 years. But during the last 5 years I have observed that the maintenance staff and management need training. They just don’t care about the residents. I have requested for a new dryer and they have me a 20 year old dryer. We requested a microwave and they provided us one that was manufactured in November 1998. We have had an issue with our shower leaking and soaking our carpet for over the last 5 years and despite countless attempts to have this fixed, they... never address the problem. Lee mas

Maintenance department really needs a lot of improvement. Neighborhood of apartment is nice & apartment is right in the heart of city. Lot of parks are accessible by car in less than 15min.

Sometimes maintenance requests that have not been performed are reported as completed. I think you need to do something about this.

Enjoy our stay here. Location is great and maintenance team is very friendly. Leasing staff is always helpful and ready to help whenever needed.

Great location , nice and clean apartment area , very good amenities . We love being here. Only the problem is maintenance work to fix anything takes a lot of time. It’s a long wait to get anything fix in apartment.
