Everyone is very responsive to any issues and the staff is very kind. We were accidentally parking in reserved spots and they were very nice about it all. The elevators have been going out recently which can be tough if you are on a higher level but management communicates very well and usually it is always taken care of.

If you decide not to rent they will not refund you

I toured this property in August 30, 2024, I decided not to go with them and to the date of this review they have not refunded my deposit. They told me it would be thirty days to receive the refund. It is now November 12,2024. Do not rent from them, I am glad I did not go with this property.

I have lived at Alta Washington almost 3 years now. Granted I don’t have a ton of rental experience to compare Alta Washington to, but I’ve read enough reviews of apartments to know that Alta Washington management and maintenance are top notch. The building is safe, has a lessor number of units which I like and is super convenient to everything. I also love the finishes in my apartment. I would recommend Alta Washington to anyone wanting a nicely appointed, safe, and relatively quiet apartment... that is convenient to everything and not outrageously expensive.
