Unfortunately this apartment suffers from frequent and prolonged elevator outages. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’m going on 2 years living in the community (building 2, 5th floor) and the elevator outages still persist.
Our lease will be up for renewal soon but I’m doubtful we will renew it, which is sad because we enjoy the location.

Great Location; Responsive Leasing staff and Maintenance staff. The consistent elevator issues has been frustrating to deal with especially as a resident that leaves on the 5th floor with a kid. Another frustration is with some of the pet owners. They do not have their pets leashes; and allow their pets to pee and poo in inappropriate places around the complex (e.g. garage, elevators, stair cases).

Great place to live. Speedy maintenance when needed. Helpful and friendly staff. Fairly priced and essential amenities. Cleanliness could be better but residents play a large role in that.
