It seems like the quality / beauty of the property has declined in the last few months and the quality of any new Tennants has also decreased drastically.. ( my family and I were very happy here at first and I really appreciated the actual guard we had watching the entrance and it felt much safer.. it's a shame to see what used to be a safe and beautiful property decline.

We realize the ambiance from the construction and roofing taking place due to damages from the hurricane were not ideal and we thank you for your patience while we were... getting everything completed. The roofs are now complete and we are in the process of restoring the landscaping so that Las Palmas will be restored and all areas completed. Best place to live! Staff is very helpful and welcoming, community is very clean and quiet and there is so many things close by! Would definitely recommend Las Palmas to anyone who is looking!

Las Palmas is a great gated community with a resort like feel with palm trees, a lake and beautiful ducks. There is a very relaxing feel to this community.
