The location is great due to its proximity to the med center, but the management has to improve their communication skills and attention to detail for an apartment complex that markets themselves as “luxury” and charges luxury prices.

I really enjoy living here. Nice public space, nice staff, clean environment, great coffee. Sometimes I wish the sound proof system could be better, but that’s acceptable.

This is a very quiet and safe community in the heart of the TMC. I love the location near Rice University, museums, and Hermann Park. The staff are incredible and so approachable!
