Great staff, location and floorplans!
I have lived at Post Midtown Square for a year. I toured 25 different apartment communities prior to moving here, and honestly, selected this community because of the leasing/property staff. The staff is usually the people you call with problems, and this staff seemed friendly, efficient and competent. In addition, they were very knowledgeable about the area. Marsean, Sandra and Chanel are very helpful and extremely easy to talk with. Even if there is a problem, they are quick to address it. I... don't know how they remember everyone, but they do. Also, they send emails to keep residents up-to-date with anything happening in the community.
There are several buildings, with a variety of floorplans, and you can transfer to another unit, after you've lived in yours for at least 6 months. We have pools, a gym, package room, and each building has its own set of mailboxes. The office also hosts pool parties and food trucks.
Maintenance is SUPER fast to address issues. They even showed up the day of the hurricane (which I did not expect). They are always friendly, fast, and they clean up after themselves. If they are not able to make the repair, they explain the reason and give a timeline for when they'll return.
Probably the first thing I should have mentioned, is the unbeatable location. (Without the other things, however, location wouldn't matter, lol). It is very walkable --groceries, restaurants, CVS, bars--a cool little tequila stand, downtown, etc. Also close to 69 and 45.
The only negative is that traffic is occasionally loud; however, that's a side effect of living in the middle of everything.
