Great so far

I am staying in a 1C on a first floor. Its extremely quiet at these apartments. I'm surprised how tranquil it is here. Theres always people outside, even at night just taking walks with their dogs. I havent had any issues with packages or theft. Its been very safe here and they do have a daily gate guard and so far no issues with AC or gate working. its been a great stay so far. only downside is that parking spaces are tight, you will probably get your door dinged because they are so small.... youre better off parking in the garage but youll have to walk a bit if youre apartment isnt attached

Lived here for 2+ years

Honestly, this place is great. The units are solid, it feels really homey, neighbors are chill, and maintenance comes quick. Staff is friendly and responsive. I have no complaints.

We love it here!

The Marquis has beautiful apartments, and a wonderful pool. Maintenance is quick to fix things and they have a 48 hr guarantee for them to check your issue. The management office has always been plenty nice, and they always like to host different events and food trucks for the residents. There's almost always people running or walking a dog, so it has a good feel. The only negative is the parking. I would recommend a garage apartment, otherwise if you get home late you might have to park a... little far from your apartment.

Make sure to check email constantly

Alexis is great. However, I’m moving out next week and had to provide another proof of insurance. I replied With proof but it was a no reply email on a Friday (due date) I then Sent out to a different email on Monday. They are charging me 75 for a late fee. They seem to be scratching to tack on any and every way possible. If management acts like this I would Stay away. During these times, I’ve paid every fee all rent days before for years and this is my goodbye. It’s disgraceful. Stay away.

Looks Great

My wife and I have a couple friends who referred us to Marquis and after seeing their apartment, looking online, and talking with management, we are also going to lease. The place looks great and we are very excited to move in. Very spacious, lots of storage, and good floor plans
