We’ve been here for 5 years! We’ve seen changes in management and overturn. We’ve gone through CoVid, hurricanes, floods, freezes, and outages. Management has always kept us informed of what they are doing to manage issues. Maintenance crew has been top notch throughout the years. Any issues are fixed very promptly. Within our apartment there haven’t been many issues. The building itself has had issues with the garage gates, elevator, and stairwell door fobs malfunctioning. Tenants abuse the... pool visitor guidelines and hours. Parking is open. Some tenants take way too many spots. There is only one functioning E charger. Additionally, Amazon has no after hours access to the Luxor room and packages are not able to be delivered. I would like to see some changes to bring back recycling. Bike racks would be great as well. There have been recent water issues which require the water to be cut off. Hoping the neighborhood gets safer and the old Whole Foods space opens another store.
