The staff and maintenance professionals provide excellent management and service. They work very well with deaf and hearing tenants. The team as a whole are very professional. I always receive same day repairs when needed. The office staff contact me via cell phone. Communication is key.

Greystar has defiled the natural beauty of The Park, insists on impersonal online communication, raised rental rates approximately 20%, imposed 3rd party fees for unused services, and is lax on security.

The Park on Memorial is a great place with plenty of nature to enjoy while taking walks. There is a sense of community which I have really come to enjoy. The staff are friendly and helpful as well as the maintenance staff.

I have been living at The Park on Memorial for several years and have always found it to be peaceful and quiet. The maintenance staff is always friendly and professional and prompt and take care of any issues that I have. Right now, there is a lot of remodeling going on with the apartments including landscaping that has yet to be completed and when that is done this will be a nicer place to call home.
