Welcome to The Pinemont Apartments. We are a garden-style non-profit community, conveniently located in the Near Northwest District of Houston, near Hwy. 290 and Loop 610. We are the premier choice for affordable housing for seniors and disabled... persons, offering high quality housing in a peaceful, comfortable setting. The Pinemont Apartments offer studio, one and two bedroom apartments, and one and two bedroom apartments with specially designed features for the physically disabled. The property features access-controlled gates, beautiful garden patio areas, resident vegetable gardens, laundry facilities and a community room with a library, large-screen television and on-line computer access. Each of the four three-story buildings has its own elevator, valet garbage pick-up twice a week, each apartment has a private patio with an additional storage area, cable television hook-ups, and in-sink garbage disposal. A monthly newsletter and calendar keeps the residents informed of activities and events. The Pinemont is a non-smoking facility.
