They gave up

So many problems that we've had to deal with here for 2 years. Water pressure has been bad for months, and we've put in service requests to fix it with no one showing up. The location is also bad, the city water line is not great in the area, meaning we've had water shutoffs like 4 times in the span of a couple weeks. They also rarely send out email alerts for when issues are happening, leaving it up to the residents to figure out what's wrong with the apartments.

The gates don't work half the...
time either, usually one side or the other is broken, meaning they have to leave the gate open to let people in and out, which defeats the purpose of the gates. We also had a friend's car broken into.

Service is in general, really poor. I call very often into the office to get updates on situations happening like water shutoffs or service requests and no one picks up. I've called their emergency line but those people answering also don't care and I never have once gotten a call back when I've requested it every single time I call. The actual home itself isn't half bad, just very very dark so if you do move here, highly recommend you get yourself some powerful lamps/lighting because it's very depressing and dim inside.

Overall, would not recommend, and I'm happy to be moving out soon. I'm pretty sure there were just so many issues that they just gave up.
