"It has been a wonderful experience living here at Plaza. The residents are fantastic, and the staff has been nothing short of amazing. I will truly miss this place, but I am grateful I had the privilege of calling it home for so many years. A special thank you to Johnny, Jose, Julio, Jorge, and Mitzy – it was a pleasure getting to know each and every one of you. For anyone considering living in the Westchase area, I highly recommend this place!"

Lived in this apartment for over 2.5 years and had really liked it. The community is good. But recently we were on a vacation for a few days during which a fire inspection conducted, so we informed the main office to ensure the door is locked after the inspection. However, we were shocked when we got back to see that the master key was left at the door and was unlocked for over 5 days. Also, we have been having a problem with the refrigerator since almost a year and requesting maintenance to fix... it but they come and plug it out and say this is how it is. Finally after requesting over 5 times they have decided to replace it.
