It’s been 5 months of nice living here at plaza at Westchase. The staff have always been so helpful and I appreciate the cleanliness of the property. I’ll definitely recommend.

Debo expresar mi desagrado ya que el complejo ha desmejorado en calidad. Las calles rotas, jardines sin atención, vecinos que botan residuos de comida en los balcones, vecinos sin el permiso de discapacidad
que se estacionan en los puestos accionados y el valet de basura en nuestro casa en muchas oportunidades no la recoge.

Wish the leasing staff would actually take me to my new apartment unit and guide me to the mailbox, dumpster, show me how to use the remote key than just pointing to the map when I first moved in.

Been here for more than a year and just renewed our lease. The community is quiet, clean, safe, and well maintained. The staff is wonderful and responsive to maintenance requests. The office staff are also very helpful and patient and are on top of any issues that arise.
