Great place to live if you work nearby or go to HCC!
We needed to relocate closer to my husband's job, closer to an HCC campus for me to attend classes, and to help save money. We lived in the Med Center and it was just too expensive and too far of a commute when we were CONSTANTLY having to come to this side of town for work/etc.
This unit we got is way better for my family's needs and is honestly better than our previous apartment.
We got a GREAT rental rate here, we're treated with respect and kindness, and we know we're welcome here. We're... so happy.
All the girls in the office are so compassionate and welcoming and really treat you like family.
If you want to live somewhere with a great AC system too, live here! We keep our thermostat at 73-74 and it stays SO cool and comfortable in here!

Great place to stay!
The property manager Diana does an excellent job at keeping the property looking great! The units are modernized which makes it an eye catcher to company that comes over. Residents are quiet and stay to themselves.

Living at Residence at Westchase
Thank you to the amazing staff at Residence at Westchase! When I stopped by to take a tour I met Jenni. She was very friendly, informative and most of all patient with me! I was apprehensive about moving into an apartment so I came back several times and called even more! Each time she and /or the Property Manager took my calls and answered my questions. Since I’ve moved in the other residences here have also been very friendly and welcoming. The actual apartments are spacious, property is... peaceful and quiet, always kept clean (thank you maintenance staff), the gates are always locked, two minutes from my job and five minutes from the beltway! Couldn’t have chosen a better property
Thank you to the amazing staff at the Residence at Westchase for making my move an easy transition!

Great place to call home
We lived here for 4 years and it was a great place to call home. From the moment we signed the lease to the moment we packed up the last box to move out, we loved it here. It's all because of two reasons: Mrs. Diana, the landlord and Haydee, front office manager. These two ladies made us feel right at home. Their knowedge, professionalism and customer service are the reasons why this complex is ran so successfully. Our cozy one bedroom apartment was the perfect start for a couple fresh out of... college. Whenever we needed maintenance, they were always very prompt with responding. We were very happy tenants. When considering your next home, you should definitely go and see these two ladies! Make Residence at Westchase your next home sweet home.
