Don’t move
Avoid this place. The management is rude and unprofessional, and the hallways often smell like garbage. On top of that, they frequently add unnecessary charges. This is not a good apartment to stay in—look elsewhere.

Please read before moving in
My time at this complex has been rough to say the less. There has been a lack of communication since moving in. When I have gone to the leasing office for clarification or updates, the staff is rude and seems bothered by my questions. I toured and was shown a complete gym to only have it redone as I moved it. This construction took months to complete. I was told other construction would be done a month after I moved in. It’s been closer to three at this point. I have dealt with three ant... infestations since moving in only a few months ago. The guest parking policy is ridiculous and was not discussed prior to moving in. They only allow you to register one guest car every 24 hours and only allow them to come twice a week. This is a guest parking policy I have never heard of and makes it nearly impossible to have friends over. You are also required to sign up with Fetch, a delivery service, that adds extra days onto the delivery of packages. Say goodbye to overnight packages and two-day Prime shipping because you will likely have to wait one to two or more days to receive your packages. I must give credit to the amazing maintenance staff as all my maintenance request are done within 1-2 days. They also keep the grounds immaculate and clean. The location is also a major plus; however, I don’t know if these pros will be enough to renew my lease in the future.

Honest review
I actually live there and have been a resident since September. If you look at the reviews online some of them appear to be from fake profiles. The building is nice, but still under construction. They literally just finished the gym area after months of promising. A pro that I may mention is they have a Starbucks machine in the leasing office. A con would be it is in the leasing office so you can only use it when they’re open. The building is located right next to a psych hospital so I... constantly here those patients when they are outside congregating. Between them and my neighbors I don’t know who is louder. Moving on a had a problem with ants and it appears that I am not the only resident who did, I am allergic so that was not a fun time. My car was towed without warning although I had a decal displayed in my windshield and evidently we can only have the same visitor visit three times in a week. I feel like I live in a dormitory. Not to mention the property manger showed zero empathy when I expressed how upset I was when my vehicle was towed. I can’t wait until I move.

Poor Communication
They never answer the phone, emails, or voicemails... even the application process. I've known multiple people trying to lease with them and they never get a response. Its been over a month.
