Crime happens a lot but none of the tenants are ever notified. Shooting, break ins a lot.

It has been nearly two years since the current management company has been unable to provide consistent and realistic customer service including resident satisfaction. Security measures have been drastically decreased. Extra security guards have been relocated or laid off. Additionally, there are no cameras or other methods of protecting my possessions. Due to poor maintenance both swimming pool and hot tub have been frequently dirty. There is a broken pool safety handrail since last year; not... yet repaired. They used to have 4-5 large umbrellas and 2 cabanas at the pool. Now there is only one umbrella left. On the other hand, the employee who monitors the pool has been provided with a tent two times as big as a large pool umbrella! Some exercise machines/equipment in the so-called complimentary fitness center are old and need to be repaired and/or replaced. There are two outdated tv sets in the fitness center with their receivers thrown in the back. Both tv sets stopped working last year. I am not sure if they got them working again. Some stray wires hanging out from the wall or laying on the floor; remains of an equipment update which never happened! Both swimming pool and fitness center aren't open all days of the week. We are in hurricane season and only the palm trees at the pool have been trimmed but the rest within the complex are still carrying their brown, dead and dry fronds. Recently, every member of my family has experienced the attitude, rudeness and disrespect of a leasing office employee. Isn't attitude and rudeness just as much of a concern to the company as poor performance on tasks? I have been a long-time resident here and I haven’t witnessed any essential updates inside/outside the apartment. But, I do have experienced both mechanical failure and other types of maintenance issues due to outdated appliances and old building materials. There isn’t adequate number of maintenance staff to keep up with work orders which results in spending much time waiting on maintenance workers to show up. Poor customer service, inadequate quality control/poor maintenance, ineffective communication are all signs of an incompetent management which refuses to accept reality! I will not be renewing my lease. I hope this review is informative to anybody (with higher standards of living) thinking about signing a lease with this apartment complex.

The pictures you see are the only two places that have been remodeled. The rest of the units have old worn out cabinets that need to be refinished. The appliances are pretty worn too. The pool looks nice in pictures but in reality is usually closed and dirty. The hot tub is never hot and usually looks like a dirty fish pond. It’s to bad because this place has great potential, but owner or management just don’t seem to care. The only thing going for this place is the two car garage. They charge... way to much for the quality of this place. There’s more to say but not enough time to tell all. Hope this is informative to anybody thinking about signing a lease with this complex.

I would not live in these apartments: my parents' apartment was burgled recently by armed robbers who were we're pretty sure other residents of the complex. My parents do not feel safe living there, nor do I whenever I visit (in fact I always feel like my life is in danger or that I will be subject to armed robbery, which is a real risk in this complex). There have been some pretty shady people moving in here of late-- you can tell by the way they dress and the cars they drive-you'll get a... better idea of this if you go to the back of the complex. The apartment has started to accept HUD housing vouchers so you are going to see more low income people moving here. Apartment management was unhelpful after the burglary and not responding to calls. Locks on the apartment doors are not strong and there is no burglary alarm system. There is now a major exodus going on from the apartment with moving trucks their like everyday.
