Good News! Serena Grove is the place to Live!

if you looking for somewhere to call home I recommend Serena Grove it's a friendly place to raise your family or single life the choice is your. the upgrade is awesome new gate codes remodeling of the office practicing social distance it's a good place try Serena Grove you'll love it your love it I'm Barbara Macon I've been here for six years and counting it is a great place to live .

Absolute worse apartmenta

These apartments by far are the sadest poorest property that I could’ve moved to. They expect all their money ON TIME but could not open the pool to residence ON TIME and when they did they cleaned the pool out once and haven’t cleaned it out since. THey opened the pool in July and it was dirty then pool area looks like a jungle they couldn’t even get the guys to cut down the weeds and clean out the pool area before opening it. They are not like most apartment complex you have to request the... pool to be cleaned over here like now it is as green as the grass out side. Then on top of that there’s always trash throughtout The property. The wiring in my apartment is really bad one light goes out and all the lights go out they’ve known this since ive moved here and have never did nothing about it. Then to top everything off the management is very rude and always has an attitude when approached. Contacting corporate doesn’t get any questions or concerns met cause all they will do is let the property know right away.smh these apartments should be shut down rebuild and remanged by someone that will take better care of their property and care more about the residents well being and satisfaction with where they have to live until their lease is up

Since this occurred in July 2018, we cannot verify these claims however what we can do is say that what you describe is not acceptable and NOT the way we expect our properties to be managed. We have a responsive, caring new manager at Augusta at... Cityview and hope that you will reconsider our community in the future. We expect maintenance service to be prompt and competent and if we cannot meet that expectation there should be communication with our resident about possible roadblocks or set backs. Our property and our pools should be cleaned on a regular basis. Our resident relations department documents issues reported by residents and shares the information with owners, regional supervisors and yes, the community manager also. This way we can either confirm the issue was either handled properly initially or if it was not, we can be sure it gets amended or corrected and that staff is counseled or coached for improvement as necessary. Thank you for sharing this as feedback promotes improvement.

Augusta @Cityview

I live on the third floor and am constantly calling the office because there is always a smell of weed coming from the fireplace and sometimes the air vents. When I moved in the third day I noticed that the whole apartment was infested with fleas they did fogged but I still had some so I had to fogged for like 2 months.Am also constantly hearing raccoons in the attic. In the summer around July there was a raccoon that got stuck in the attic and it died making my apartment stink so I call the... office that was on a Wednesday afternoon and they came to check the air vents and the attic and was told that it was probably raccoon poop that was in the attic. They told they were going to wash the attic note that the rest of the day I had to keep the AC off. They came the next morning and in the afternoon I turned the AC on because the heat was invulnerable even though I had some small fans on and the windows open so I kept the Ac running for like 1hr 30min and the smell still strong so I called the office and was told by the manager to keep running the AC and place drying sheets so the smell could go away however it never went away. So I called the next morning and was told they was unable to work that day because they could not do overtime by this time I was angry about the whole situation and told them I would not pay the rent until they fixed the problem and was told that in court they wouldn’t care that that was not an excuse to not pay rent. So I had to be away that whole weekend until they came on Monday morning and checked with a camera on the air vents and they found the dead raccoon the size of a medium size dog and had to make hole in the ceiling and when they where cutting the ceiling was soft already. After that I still hear raccoons in the attic and currently found two baby raccoons in the fireplace. When I call the office they are rude.

We want to thank you for your comments, and we're extremely sorry to hear about your experience. We always welcome information on what we can do better and look for ways to improve! We work hard to manage our communities well and to provide good... customer service to our residents. Augusta at Cityview is in a beautiful woodsy area, unfortunately Raccoons love the woodsy areas too and they can sometimes be a challenge. We have made significant progress on removing them from our attics since this comment was made and still work diligently to try and prevent them from being a nuisance to our residents.

Raccoons can be tough to get rid of, especially if they have babies, however, we continuously work to deter and extract hem. We use several methods to do address the issue including: Trapping them, closing access holes, trimming trees around the buildings to prevent ease of access and encourage residents to help us deter them by properly disposing of food and trash and to keep the dumpster lids closed. We sympathize and understand what a nuisance they can be and can assure you we do not want them in our attics either!

Last please know that if your not satisfied with the response from on site Manager, or you feel an issue was mishandled, you can have it reviewed by our corporate office by reporting it to our Resident Relations office at #713-562-4792

Rubbish! At least you'd have a roof to sleep and eat, and roaches will definitely keep you company. But I'd not recommend that apartment to anyone?!

PLEASE DON'T RENT THERE!!! IF YOU DECIDE TO TRY IT, DO A MONTH TO MONTH ( WHICH MIGHT NOT HAPPEN) OR A SHORT TERM LEASE.

??All these people with 3,4,5 ?? reviews make me laugh: ??WHO ARE YOU TRYING TO DECEIVE? THEY ARE PROBABLY WORKING THERE, OR ARE RELATIVES OF SOME SORTS. BUT IF YOU'VE A FAMILY, AND YOU CARE ABOUT COMFORT AND CUSTOMER CARE, ?? ... DON'T SIGN A LEASE THERE!

If you're looking for an apartment with HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE and EXCELLENT CUSTOMERS CARE, please STAY AWAY...
FROM AUGUSTA AT CITYVIEW apartments.

You'd think they would care about their relationships with the tenants, but hey they Don't!!!! They're just after your money, WHICH IS FINE ONLY WHEN THE QUALITY MEETS THE SERVICE.

They are affordable, and they know it. But; IF YOU GET IN ACCEPT THE HEADACHES, THE EVICTION NOTICES, and COLLECTIONS that make no sense at all.

YOU'RE WARNED PEOPLE!!! I DON'T USUALLY REVIEW, BUT I REALLY HAD TO DO THIS.

They would not work with you if you had a life change, and they WILL NOT SEND YOU A NOTIFICATION IF THEY SEND YOU TO COLLECTION. DESPITE THE FACT THAT YOU NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT AC ISSUES (IN TEXAS!!!??) OR THE HOUSE BEING HOT, YOU NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT THE ROACHES LAUGHING HARD WITH YOU WHILE WATCHING KEVIN HART'S TV SHOW... NO ... They just don't care. Pitiful?!

Well don't say I didn't warn you. At least you will have a roof right? Good luck until they do you in. ??

We are devastated to hear you had such a bad experience with us. It sounds as if we definitely missed our customer service mark here! Normally any pest issue is delt with promptly, usually within one week or less. Our pest control vendor service... are available to us weekly and we can place an apartment home on the list to get service multiple weeks in a row if needed. This usually has excellent results for those experiencing more than an occasional sighting. Did you report this issue directly to Ms. Lasso? We'd like to discuss the matter further with you and see how we can make things right. Feel free to call 713-562-4792 or to email contact@villaserenacommunities.com. As for eviction notices, it is our obligation to collect rent by the 3rd of the month. Rent is late as of the 4th and we file evictions on the 10th of every month. This is standard procedure throughout the apartment industry. As normal, hard working people ourselves, we of course care a great deal about unfortunate events that occur in the lives of our tenants, but per the TAA lease, life changes do not release parties from the binding lease contract. Last, 3 month lease terms are available with a minimal short term fee. Short term leases do not qualify for advertised leasing specials.

First Time Renter

I've had a great experience with Augusta at Cityview. The apartment process is real quick, fast and easy. I thought it was going to take weeks for the process. But it only took a few days. I'm really excited to move in to my new apartment next week! I can finally say I did it!
