Settlers Ranch Apartments

Hurricane hit Settlers Ranch pretty bad and they are trying hard to help everyone. I was in the office the other day and Cheryl was trying to help a resident in regards to time for completion and Cheryl tried explaining she was trying her hardest and trying to get the worst ones done first. After the man left Cheryl broke down and cried because she said she just wants to help everyone and all the residents are family to her. I've lived here since June with my son and we love it. It's safe - clean - and the office staff is great. Maintenance & pest control are quick and efficient. My neighbors are friendly! No complaints!

I have been here since May and it has been absolutely worth every moment. The apartment layout is beautiful! So many amenities. The grounds are perfect, and stay nice and trim. The maintenance is awesome and lastly the staff is phenomenal. Cheryl is such a sweetheart and has such a great heart. If you're looking, look no more, this is home!

I live in the perfect apartment housing in the middle of everything that is need as far as restaurant's,hospital, shopping centers and schools. the property is well maintained.
