Sodo on Main has more pros than cons, with the largest cons simply being the increasing rent prices and poor communication with management. The location is prime and with 24/7 concierge, occasional security, flexible free parking for yourself/guests, and responsive maintenance, living here is usually good. The amenities are cool, but can become too busy to utilize sometimes despite the 2 guests per resident rule. Noise is to be expected in this area of town, but it is nothing unbearable.... Ultimately. I would recommend living here if you have the funds to not be bothered by inconveniences like occasionally broken elevators and poor communication with leasing agents.
