Lived here for almost 2 years, Ive seen great improvements ! The complex listens and care about your concerns. The apartment is beautifully designed and well maintained. Not much noise, clean halls, and love the amenities! If there are complaints, the company works to satisfy needs. Overall great experience

Moving into Stadia at Main has been an exceptional experience! From the very beginning, my leasing agent, Ms. Sydney, went above and beyond to make the process seamless. She stayed in constant contact with me, often checking in daily, and made sure every detail of my approval process was handled thoroughly and efficiently. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference, and I can’t thank her enough for her support.

The apartment itself is absolutely stunning, and... the community is so well-maintained. The staff works tirelessly to keep everything spotless—I haven’t seen a single pest, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. I’m also impressed by how secure the property feels. The rules are actually enforced, which creates a peaceful and safe living environment.

Management is incredibly welcoming and approachable, and the community events they organize really add a sense of belonging. It feels more like a home than just a place to live. The maintenance team deserves recognition too—they are so timely, efficient, and helpful. Anytime I’ve had a need, they’ve addressed it quickly and professionally.

I’m also thrilled with how quiet it is here. Unlike many places I’ve lived before, there’s a real sense of tranquility. The attention to detail, from the beautifully maintained grounds to the excellent security measures, makes me feel confident that I made the right choice.

The units are nice. But the hallways always stink and are dirty. There have been dead roaches left on the hallway floor for weeks.

Front office is nice but it doesn’t make up for the poor maintenance of the apartment. The hallways always smell and are dirty. Every so often it SMELLS clean but the floors are still dirty and stains from 3 months ago are still there. There was a dead roach in the hallway for 2 weeks so they don’t clean. False sense of security!!! My fob is constantly not working and the sensors on all the doors never work. When I bring it to the offices attention they say someone is coming to fix it but it’s... been months. The gates are always broken and when this happens they leave them open. This lets just about anyone the opportunity to wonder because the doors in the garage are always unlocked. The garage is poorly designed with blind spots at every turn. Dog poop EVERYWHERE. The courtyard always smells like urine. On top of this, there have consistently been random charges in my portal. The site we use to pay doesn’t break down the fees and forces you to pay whatever amount is listed. You get an email with the amount of rent due, but then I’m paying this plus those random fees that I have no idea what they’re for. I’ve brought this to the offices attention via email and they never respond. When I go in person they say they saw my email and I won’t have to pay but the charge stays on my portal and I’m forced to pay it anyway. It is just not worth it. My first full year of living here and the staff as been great from Lauren, Jordan, and Tonya in the front to the maintenance workers and cleaners. The complex is beautiful and I’m always getting compliments when I have guests. Also the security the property has make me feel safe at home. Overall 10/10 would recommend.
