I love it here, it feels safe, people in office are very helpful, I love that thereis no carpet , no roaches, nice full gym. Plenty parking spaces, friendly neighbors.. I'm very happy here. N I'm making this place my wonderful new home ,, n till now so far I'm planning to stay till I get my own house or condo. Thank you sun set blossom ??

Noisy, not considerate at all, children unattended, disrespectful, not friendly, slams doors, shouts, scream, parking in very bad shape, holes on the pavement, don't clean the floor or anything never, very dirty all the time, no maintenance on the a/c or anywhere, prices are very high for what we get. Etc.

My husband and I have lived here since before we married. We enjoy the quieter life and that is something you get here. The staff and especially the very hard working maintenance crew are all very friendly and very efficient.
We've stayed in places that would never get a review like this so we have stayed and don't plan on leaving any time soon.
Great place to live!
