Oh, I’ve contacted the office five times now about transferring to a different apartment—five. And somehow, I’ve managed to get a completely different answer each time. Impressive, really. The manager was supposedly going to follow up every time. Spoiler alert: they didn’t.
Now, out of nowhere, they’ve decided to double the transfer fee. Because clearly, the goal here is to make it easier (and cheaper!) to just move out entirely. And honestly? That sucks. We’ve been here for seven years. But... hey, if this is how they want to play it, fine. We’ll take our loyalty—and our rent—somewhere else.

2 years I've lived here and everything is absolutely amazingly groovy. New staff came in and stepped it up with a Meet & Greet and some awesome chocolate chip muffins.
