Worst apartment in texas
This is the worst apartment I have ever lived
Rude management. . So called manager and her supervisor are more than rude. No maintenance, very dirty place.Takes them weeks to fix common stove burner. Might sound Chepstow but by the time you pay water bill you will see is not. They open your door when you are not there. And tape you electricity to work in apartments. I refused to pay them for 4 months and upon filing eviction the judge denied their request because of the lack of maintenance... .
Will never advice anyone to live there

Fair
I rate this aparntmet fair. Because the apartment I am renting is a stuido, price is great and reasonable which can rent a stackable washer/dryer in that. This apartment must be one of fewest apartments with waher/dryer connection in studio apartments. That's a plus which why I am giving it a fair rate. What is con about this apartment, well the pervious management were not doing well, ordered for repairs inside my apartment, no one ever came, even with new managerment, can see that they are... eventually trying fix the problems they are facing now. Also, I ended up not staying in my own home due to rats chewing on something and mold inside bathroom cabinet. So, I withdrawled from signing another year with them which one of my income source had cut down and not able to pay off everything as usual. If this matter didn't happens, I'd be fighting to get my apartment fixed right so I can live there for another year. Best luck to managerment for that apartment.

Worst place ever to live at!!!
Don't the cheap price fool you the outside of the apartments are horrible...the inside is fair the cabinets, sink, and tub is painted over... Within the first 2wks living here I discovered mold in bathroom that went through to my bedroom closet it was a a lot after calling the manager and owner for wkd nothing was done until I got an lawyer involved needless to say I was moved out in a week... If anything is broke you might as deal with management will never get it fix theirs a new owner but no... one knows who and their office number was changed because of so many complaint calls and they won't give it out to the residence it's been 2 months the staff is the worst PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE DO NOT MOVE HERE
