If you are looking for a place to live DO NOT move here. The management has changed over 4 times since I have moved to the Hamilton. The management doesn’t care about your well being or safety for that matter. There is loud music coming from your neighbors and others that live on a completely different floor from you. There is mold in the apartments and water coming out of the windows from your bedroom. The management/office doesn’t notify when you have new packages making it very difficult to... pick up your packages before they close. There is constant theft and vandalism in the parking garage. These are just some of the major issues facing this apartment location. Save your self some time and look at another apartment in the area.

Downtown at The Hamilton Has Me Sold
I visited my daughter a year ago and told her that I immediately had concerns being close to the freeway and the camps near. I drive the downtown area and could see that there are homeless all over downtown. I tried to get my daughter to move outside of downtown but she really wanted to be in the heart of the city. I visited my daughter a few weeks ago and was surprised to see that the door keys and elevator keys increased the level of security around the building. The office is taking a... personal interest in the building and it shows. I see the manager out walking with maintenance going over items. The manager even asked if I lived in the building or needed help. I told him that I was visiting my daughter. He stated that I would need to be let in by my daughter, he could not give me access to the building. This I really love. He had no idea who I was and he was not allowing entry into the building. My Daughter told me that it is so much better now. I am so much happier for her. She is getting ready to sign another lease for a year and she is really happy that she gave The Hamilton her business.

The level of service exceeded my expectations
I am relocating to Houston and I initially was going to rent apartments at Rice because of their close proximity to my office downtown. I was very disappointed and I decided to keep looking. I spoke with Taylor at the Hamilton Apartments and she was very helpful. I had so many questions and she answered each one in detail. She took care of everything for me. She exceeded my expectations and I’m happy to be a tenant at the Hamiltons. Thanks Taylor!!

My Happy place
I'm so glad I found this place. If you are looking for space and closets... this is the place. It's a new building which I love, and the finishes are top notch. I don't know if pricing has changed since I leased, but you can get a great steal here. Great neighbors who are very warm and friendly, and the management team is detailed, thorough and very professional. Highly recommend!!!!

Very satisfied here - Great apartment
I'm very happy here. Love the staff, building, and area. You won't regret leasing here, much more bang for your buck than all the places I toured in midtown and surrounding areas.
