0 Stars- Horrible Management

This is one of the worst taken care of places I have ever stayed at. They were ok when I first moved in but as soon as they changed management, they would not respond to any of our Maintenace requests, they over-charged us and anytime we would ask for them to fix it they would not properly look into it. STAY AWAY. They do not care about you at all, just getting your money.

Such a disappointment : (

The property was at one time an amazing place full of friendly people. New management has put an end to all of that. Empty units are left unlocked and open for any homeless to enter. There are a lot of hidden fees in the contract. The do not pay attention to maintenance requests at all and now want to charge for basic parking. If you want to get a better idea of how bad this company is, drive around and look at their ofter properties. 95% chance the trash dumpster will be over flowing with trash... .
This complex is mostly empty of renters and more are moving out.

Great location, poor management

This complex used to be amazing - one of the best locations you can find in the Heights, reasonable pricing for updated units and no frills or hidden fees like a lot of the huge complexes. Previous management were amazing, always quick to address any issues, scheduled regular pest control, easy to get in touch with, etc.

Unfortunately, that's all gone away since Lighthill sold. The complex has changed management hands several times, currently with Asset. Maintenance requests are ignored or... claimed to be done when they haven't, including safety issues like gates being broken for months. Seems they have absolutely no interest in maintaining the property, and only care about collecting rent - which shows with so many units being vacant for months on end, and more neighbors planning to move out soon.
